Technological advancements are the name of the game today - the past two hundred years have been a whirlwind of innovation and growth. However, it's high time we start thinking about preserving this blue ball we live on, and find sustainable ways to produce and consume energy. We are strolling down the path of unsustainable development, where most current accomplishments and comforts come at the expense of future generations.

We bring to you a collaborative event from Student Energy Amrita and Google Developer Student Club, Amrita School of Engineering - Coimbatore, to help further the cause of equitable development.

Synergy is a 48 hour hackathon where students from across the many different disciplines in the University can come together for the weekend to create inno- vative products, learn from their peers and have some fun.

With tech talks and workshops embedded into the schedule, you can network among peers and learn a lot. Get started with the hacker community at Synergy regardless of your location, developing skillset or prior hacking experience. All are welcome. Join us for a weekend filled with community engagement and tech talks, and hone your hacking skills. Win amazing prizes, meet new people and come up with a spark of an idea that might very well end up saving the world one day!
